AM is one of the top young music executives in the world.
As an A&R and creative he has worked with many of the biggest stars on the planet ranging from Pharrell Williams to Birdman.

As an executive he has structured and negotiated over $50 million in deals and transactions with companies such as Apple, Samsung and virtually all major record labels.
​
AM also co-manages mega-producer London On Da Track. Together they have founded LIV Group, an independent record label and creative agency based in Los Angeles.
​
He also works closely with fellow AMAG Bootcamp Host Redd Eyezz to scout and develop new talent for iconic label Cash Money Records and it’s historic founder, Birdman.

JAMES “REDD EYEZZ” PIERRE
A legendary figure in rap music history, James “Redd Eyezz” Pierre is a Billboard Hot-100 charting artist and one of urban music’s all time greatest A&R’s.
​
Redd Eyezz has been an integral part of each generation in urban music. He has influenced careers ranging from Wu-Tang to Birdman; from DJ Khaled to Young Thug; from Lil Wayne to Kodak Black.
​
A Billboard charting rapper (now retired), he has featured on songs with Flo-Rida, Pitbull, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and many others who not only call Redd Eyezz a close friend but a mentor.
​
Rappers such as Future consistently reference Redd Eyezz in their lyrics, proof of his profound influence on the culture.
​
He is currently a Senior Executive at Cash Money Records and is central to artist development at the label, which he runs hand in hand with fellow AMAG Bootcamp Host AM Sharma.
